Spoiler Incompatibility
This website was developed for an undergraduate class called COS 433X at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.The assignment was to figure out a design flaw with an object that was overlooked or not seen during the design process.

Abstract:
The trunk lock hinge for the 1999 Mitsubishi
Eclipse is not capable of unlocking the trunk when there is a spoiler
on the rear end of the car. This can be solved by providing a stronger
spring in the assembly.
